We are currently looking for a talented and flexible Project Manager who will be responsible for the managing the on-boarding of new clients into our portfolio.

Reporting to the Operations Director - you’ll be liaising with our clients on a regular basis to get them setup for short-term rentals.

As a rapidly growing company you’ll need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines to get new properties onboarded and revenue maximised. You’ll be:

• Applying for and managing the application of necessary government permits.

• Planning and organising the furnishing of our client properties with our partners to meet the StaySpace standards and legal requirements.

• Working with our in-house maintenance team to address any initial works required to prepare the properties for guests.

• Co-ordinating the setup of high speed Wi-fi and other services to the properties
